We have bought the Kinect and I thought it would be a good idea to give a review. Some games on Kinect come with a warning for those who have photosynthetic seizures. Other warnings include sports injuries.

Make sure you have LOTS of room. Not just from hitting objects with flailing limbs but from any other players! Up at 6am to make pancakes, sausage, and toast.

Chores are done by 8:00am.
Children with faces washed and teeth brushed sitting at the table by 9:00am.

Melt crayons together and use sandpaper to draw on.

Use pastels to draw on different types of paper. Cardboard, construction, sandpaper, tracing, tissue paper, Kleenex, paper towels, etc..

This is needed in today's society and it is definitely needed for the future work force. Parent's limit their childrens use on the computer rightfully. We don't want addicted computer patrons with no life outside the realm of the monitor. It is equally important for children to have access to the skills needed. Sometimes I wonder if my boys were in school, if I would be more relaxed. I know this isn't true from past experience but every once in awhile, I wish I had a Supply Teacher.
Today I have an awful head cold. I would love to drop them off at a friend's and go back to bed with a good book.
